Faculty and Staff Invited to ‘Career Influencers’ Training Session
Arcadia University faculty and staff are invited to join their colleagues for a “career influencer” virtual training session Thursday, August 25, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Participants will learn from experts and one another about influencing students’ career readiness. Due to the interactive nature of the session, organizers keep the cohort to under 20 participants. Please register by May 1 to secure your spot.
Through this training, participants will elevate their ability to:
- Define career readiness skills
- Put career exploration and career readiness into practice
- Embed career exploration and career readiness into their pedagogy and programs
- Become well-versed in career development resources
The Career Influencers Program empowers faculty and staff to infuse career exploration and career readiness activities into their existing work with students and supports Arcadia’s mission of preparing students for “a life of scholarship, service, and professional contribution.”
