Confirmations for Online Courses Are Going ‘Green’

By Purnell T. Cropper | April 29, 2011

The School of Continuing Studies is Going Green. Arcadia Online and the school are now providing only electronic registration confirmation letters to its online students as of April 1.

“If you register for fully online, partially online, and/or King of Prussia campus courses, this change will impact you,” says Margi Wallace, Director of Arcadia University’s King of Prussia Campus and the Center for Summer Learning. “Since Arcadia Online will no longer mail a confirmation letter to your home, it’s important to keep your electronic contact information up-to-date. To make any change, please e-mail the Registrar’s office at registrar@arcadia.edu or call 215-572-2100.”

The electronic confirmation letter provides important information, including:

  • How to access Arcadia’s learning management system
  • How to use the student e-mail account
  • How to check for online course availability and course scheduling information
  • How to access student support and resource tools

To register for classes using Arcadia’s Self-Service system, go to www.arcadia.edu/selfservice.

“Thanks for helping us Go Green!” adds Wallace.
